Terms and Conditions of Contracts
These terms and conditions of contract are subject to change from time to time.

The Water Corporation uses general conditions of contract based on the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract listed below.
The General Conditions of Contract are copyright to Standards Australia and are reproduced under licence to SAI Global the marketing arm of Standards Australia.
Under the terms of its licence agreement with SAI Global, the Water Corporation is authorised to use these General Conditions for use in its works and supply contracts with marked up amendments and deletions, to reproduce them in any formal instrument of agreement for contracts that the Water Corporation may enter
into from time to time, and to publish them on its website as a read only version that cannot be printed or downloaded.
The General Conditions of Contract are nevertheless still under Copyright to Standards Australia. All rights are reserved.
No part of the General Conditions of Contract may be reproduced or copied in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, without the written permission of the publisher.
Hard copies of the General Conditions may be purchased from the Water Corporation at the prices listed below by contacting the number shown above.
Payment must be made by cheque. Cheques are to be made out to the Water Corporation and addressed to the Contracts Establishment Manager.
General Conditions may be collected at the John Tonkin Water Centre, 629 Newcastle Street, Leederville.
For copyright reasons copies will not be provided electronically, but on request and payment, will be mailed out.
