Bid lnvitation for the Construction of the DEC Offices and Depot at Mundaring

The Water Corporation is seeking bids for the construction of the Department of Environment and Conservation offices and depot at Mundaring.

A compulsory site inspection will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday 25 August 2010 at the DEC Relocation Site in Mundaring. Bidders are to meet at the site entrance on Allen Road, Mundaring (just off Mundaring Weir Road). Bidders that fail to attend the compulsory site inspection will not be eligible to submit a bid.

Bids for the above will be accepted until 2:30pm WST,Thursday 9 September 2010.

Request for Applications for the Transportation of Biosolids & Sludge for the Perth Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plants for Three Years

The Water Corporation is seeking to establish a panel of preferred suppliers for the transportation of dewatered cake, lime amended biosolids and sludge from its Perth metropolitan wastewater treatment plants located at Subiaco, Woodman Point, Kwinana and Beenyup for three years.

The Services shall include loading, transport, delivery and unloading of biosolids and sludge to the specified beneficial use destinations which are typically located within a 250km radius of Perth.  These include agricultural locations or landfill sites and other composting facilities or clients.

Closing Date: 14:30 hours (WST), Tuesday 7 September 2010

A "Compulsory Pre-Application Briefing" will be held at 10:00am promptly on Thursday 19 August 2010, at the Water Corporation's Subiaco WWTP at Lemnos Street; followed by a site visit to the Woodman Point and Beenyup WWTPs for which transport will be provided.

All attendees shall wear closed shoes or boots, wide brim hats (70mm brim width), long pants/trousers, high visibility vests and full shirt sleeves.

Applicants attending the Compulsory Pre-Application Briefing shall register their interest in attending to the enquiries person noted below. All applications at the Briefing must sign the Attendance Record which is available from the Water Corporation’s representative undertaking the Briefing. 

An Applicant failing to attend this Briefing or failing to confirm its attendance is ineligible to submit an Application
