Find out about our fees for providing infrastructure for your land development.
Water reticulation planning fee
Based on 3.75% of our estimated construction cost for water supply reticulation. Payable for all water supply reticulation submissions accepted, irrespective of whether the works proceed or not.
Connection of new infrastructure to existing works fee
You will need to pay a fee if we need to connect new infrastructure to our system. The fee depends the type and size of connections and is payable prior to the connection being undertaken.
Water reticulation connections
Standard connection fees may be provided as part of a land development agreement. Where the works contain non-standard or complex connections, the Land Servicing Advisor may direct the Design Engineer to obtain a quote from Reimbursements prior to the start-up meeting. In the case of works that do not pertain to a subdivision proposal, connection fees must be paid prior to a start-up meeting occurring.
A part of the works design, the Land Servicing Advisor may give direction to the Design/Construction Engineer as to how the connections may be arranged. Connection and isolation requirements shall be discussed at the start-up meeting with the Asset Inspector. A standard fee of $1,800.26 (incl. GST) will be provided as part of the land development agreement for Water Corporation to isolate the existing assets to enable the Contractor to undertake the connections. In the case of works that do not pertain to a subdivision proposal, connection fees must be paid prior to a start-up meeting occurring.
Wastewater reticulation connections
All connection fees should be quoted and paid prior to connection. The Design/Construction Engineer should obtain a quote from Reimbursements. The isolation and connection requirements should be discussed with the Asset Inspector at the start-up meeting.

Headworks infrastructure connection fee
When connecting to existing headworks infrastructure there is the potential for negative impact on other customers. Options such as tankering and limited shutdown periods must be considered as part of the design to minimise any disruption. The Design Engineer shall discuss these requirements with the Land Servicing Advisor in the early stages of the design to determine any specific requirements. Any reticulation connections to headworks assets will require a quote to be provided by the relevant region.
