If you just need to change the postal address for properties that you own, please let us know by completing our change of address form.
Your settlement agent will notify us of the change – you do not need to do anything. If you are doing your own settlement, please contact us.
You can update and maintain your personal details for existing accounts in My Water. My Water is our online account self-service site and offers an easy way for you to manage your account at a time that suits you. Login or register now.
You can also contact us to let us know.
You can do this by emailing the details to customer@watercorporation.com.au, or by calling us on 13 13 85. In your email, please include your full name, contact number, property address and date the tenant has moved in.
