Fees & charges

Infrastructure contributions, land servicing fees and development submission fees may be payable when you're developing land.

We'll set up an agreement for your project, which will include a fee estimate and clearance checklist. Submit your clearance checklist items via the online portal. Once it's accepted by us, the nominated payer will receive a tax invoice.
