What to do if your water account is linked to a TPG email address
TPG Telecom is discontinuing its email services. Here’s what to do if your email address is affected.
TPG Telecom recently announced it is discontinuing email services. If the email service you use is provided by TPG, you may no longer be able to access it. If you normally receive your water bills or other communications from us by email, you need to transfer to The Messaging Company or update your details with us as soon as possible.
How do I know if I am impacted?
TPG is discontinuing email services for anyone with a TPG, iiNet, Internode, Westnet, OzEmail, Netspace, AAPT, WN.com or Upnaway email address.
What to do if your email address is affected
TPG has advised that email addresses can be transferred to another Australian email provider called The Messaging Company. In order to retain your current email address, you will need transfer it by following the instructions provided on TPG’s website before 30 November 2023. You will not need to notify us of this as your email address will remain the same. TPG has advised that email addresses that are not transferred by this date will be deleted.
