Stay on top of your water use, bills and outages When you log in to your account, you'll see an overview of properties with alerts - including high water use, overdue bills, outages and properties with estimated meter reads.
Choose from your bill delivery option Choose how you receive your bills when you start a new property management or when updating your bill preferences in your online account. 
You won’t need to mark your bills as paid You’ll no longer need to mark your bills as paid. Once you’ve paid them, they’ll automatically move into your bill & payments history.
Keep track of multiple bills & payments Access your bills and payment history, including trade waste, in one place. You can also download your bill data, and filter your bills by the due date, bill type, account number and more.
Access bill and payment history for all your properties You can access all your historical information when you need to check past bills and payments.
Update your billing details and preferences Update and manage your billing information for your business online and choose how you receive your bills and your service charges frequency.
View your trade waste permits View all your trade waste permits, including service reminders for your grease arrestors.
Keep track of your grease arrestor servicing and backflow testing Stay on top of your servicing and testing with information about your service dates.
Set up and cancel multiple direct debits You can set up multiple direct debits in one go if you have several bills. And when things change, you can cancel multiple direct debits.
Track the water use for all your properties

Certain times of the year can mark a busy time for your business, or operational changes may use more water.

You’ll be able to view the water consumption for your properties, see high water use alerts and find out if you're using too much water.
Add multiple users Do you have sustainability or administration staff who manage your business's accounts? You can add users to the online account to assist you with management. There are two levels of access available: full access and water use access.
Choose from two access levels

You'll now be able to grant your users two access levels depending on what they need to see and manage. The two access options are:

Full access: allows the user to view and manage all billing, payment, and water usage information.

Water use access: users can only see the water use and services information. This level of access provides a water-use-focused view without the billing and payment information.
Users can customise their view Users can choose which properties they see and how they group them based on their management needs. 
Create and edit property groups If you have lots of properties, you can group them to make monitoring your payments and water use easier. Property groups will now be user based, so you can group them how they suit you.
Extend multiple bills When you need more time to pay, you can set up multiple bill extensions in one go.

Start and end property management for property managers Use the new form to notify us about your property management changes. The properties will be instantly added or removed from your property portfolio in your online account.

 

From My Water to your online account

Why are things changing?

Feedback from customers was that My Water has too many limitations making it hard to manage bills and payments. We heard you, so we’ve redesigned your online account to make managing your accounts easier.

Can I log in the same way?

Yes, your login and password remain the same.

What happens when I log in?

Things may look a little different when you first log in, but you'll have access to all your properties and accounts previously in My Water. The first thing you'll see is the 'Overview', which shows properties with alerts, such as properties with overdue bills, upcoming and current outages, high water use and estimated meter reads.

What happens to users who have access to My Water?

All My Water users will have access to the new online account. You'll see the list of users with access under 'Manage' when you log in. Please be aware that all current My Water users will have full access.

What happens to all my grouped properties?

Your groups remain the same, so you'll see all your previous, My Water groups. However, your groups are now user-based, so any changes you make will only apply to you. This enables you to group your properties as needed, making account management easier. 

What happens to my ebills?

When you log in, you will still be able to download zipped files containing PDF copies of your current bills. You will continue to receive email notifications when your bills are ready to download. However, you will now have the option to change your bill delivery method using your online account.  

What happens to all my bill information?

All your bill and payment history will be available, and your billing preferences won't change.

What happens to my EFT payments?

These won’t change, and if you need to set up new EFT payments, you’ll be able to do it the same way you currently do in My Water.
