High Wycombe Pipeline
Project goal:
We are upgrading the wastewater infrastructure to cater for the continued growth within the City of Kalamunda and the new Forrestfield Railway Precinct.
Type of project:
Wastewater pipeline
Status:
Design phase
Delivery Date:
April 2025 to December 2025
What’s happening?
We are installing 830m of DN600 wastewater pipeline sing trenchless technology to cater for the continued growth within the City of Kalamunda.
Where is this happening?
The pipeline will start on Dundas Road, travel beneath the drainage reserve and continue along Milner Road before finishing on Sultana Road West. Please see below map for the full pipeline route.

How long will it take?
The construction is planned to begin May 2025 and will take approximately seven months to complete. The pipeline will be installed in stages and we will notify surrounding property owners and tenants as specific details become available.
How will this impact the community?
As with any construction activities, there will be an increase in noise, dust, and activity in the area. There will also be temporary impacts to roads, verges and pedestrian paths.
The trenchless methodology will minimise the excavation footprint, dewatering, traffic management and help maintain access to properties while also eliminating risk to the established underground services, such as power lines, NBN and gas.
We will keep the community updated as the project progresses and be in touch before construction begins in your area.
We follow a thorough reinstatement process to ensure all impacted areas are replaced, like for like, where practically possible. We are working closely with the City of Kalamunda, businesses and residents to ensure impacts are minimised and reinstatements are completed to a high standard.
