A semi-prostrate, evergreen groundcover to about 50 cm high and 80 cm wide. Fairly dense, mid green foliage and bright cherry-red flowers in the cooler months. It gains its toughness and slightly broader leaf from Grevillea rhyolitica and its excellent groundcover form from Grevillea juniperina. May be pruned to shape.

Warning: A few plants in the Protea family can be damaged by phosphorous (P). Exercise caution when applying fertiliser. Caution may cause skin irritation.
