Take a closer look at our performance and achievements.

The Annual Report informs our customers, community and stakeholders about our organisation. This includes an overview of our performance in core business areas, key projects, achievements, and challenges and what we are doing to address them.

We measure our performance against the targets, objectives and financial outcomes set out in our Statement of Corporate Intent, which represents our agreement with the Minister for Water on our expected level of performance each financial year. Throughout the year, we also track our progress through interim reports, which we provide to the Minister for Water and the Treasurer in line with the requirements of the Government Trading Enterprises Act 2023.

Our annual report is made up of:

Water connects us all. It represents the soul, spirit and breath of our First Nations Australians and is the lifeblood flowing through our people, communities and environment. From waking up to a cup of coffee to our last evening flush, we interact with this precious resource on so many levels it’s easy to take for granted.

For the 4,043 Water Corporation employees across WA, sustainably managing water, wastewater and drainage services through a network of pipes spanning millions of kilometres is a huge responsibility.
