Growing & thriving
Our list of inclusive LGBTQIA+ initiatives and achievements are growing and include:
- an active, executive-sponsored, cross-organisational Pride working group to advocate and build greater inclusion
- providing LGBTQIA+ and pronoun awareness training to employees and leaders
- offering transgender 101 training to employees via Transfolk of WA
- sponsoring the Pride in Professionals Program
- annual participation in the Perth Pride Parade
- International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) panel discussion with LGBTQIA+ community leaders
- Wear it Purple Day panel discussion with Youth Pride Network
- pronoun pins available to all employees
